Class Description:

The "911 Center Morale" class is a specialized training program dedicated to enhancing morale and fostering a positive work environment within the 911 center. This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to identify and address factors that impact morale, cultivate a culture of respect and collaboration, and create an environment where dispatchers feel valued, motivated, and empowered.

  1. Identifying Personal Motivators: Participants will explore the individual motivators and values that drive engagement and satisfaction among dispatchers within the 911 center. Through tailored exercises and discussions focused on the unique needs and preferences of dispatchers, attendees will gain insights into what inspires and motivates their team members, enabling them to create personalized approaches to enhance morale and job satisfaction.

Rules:

Online students are required to keep their cameras on, showing their face, throughout the entirety of the class. Students who exceed more than one hour of missed class time will not receive credit for the course and will have to retake it at a later date.
