Class Description:

This leadership class offers a comprehensive exploration of leadership principles drawn from the unique experiences of supervising in a 911 center. Designed for students from diverse backgrounds and industries, this course provides valuable insights and practical strategies derived from the challenges and successes of leadership within emergency dispatch operations. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and real-world examples, participants will develop the skills and mindset necessary to excel as leaders in any organizational setting.

Rules:

Online students are required to keep their cameras on, showing their face, throughout the entirety of the class. Students who exceed more than one hour of missed class time will not receive credit for the course and will have to retake it at a later date.
